What degree of intelligence does it require?

Recent theory states that there is more than one type of intelligence. Modern theorists often eschew the traditional idea that most `brain power' depends upon LQ. or "general intelligence" in favor of evaluating seven to possibly twelve different categories of intelligence.

Dr. Howard Gardner, the man who developed the theory of multiple intelligences, defines intelligence as, "a biopsychological potential to process information that can be activated in a cultural setting to solve assume that he is clever in that area. You must distinguish between intelligence (a mental computational metaphor) and domain or discipline (a socially recognized area of expertise).

You can never know for sure that a person who is successful in a domain (even in music or mathematics) is necessarily drawing primarily on the intelligence with the same name 33 . In addition, if their job does not require a specific element of intelligence, this does not necessarily mean that they lack that ability. Only draw conclusions in one direction.

Any endeavor requires the use of multiple aspects of intelligence. You may have to delve into a person's hobbies and other activities to glean the true makeup of their particular intelligence.
