Tipping or
Toking the Dealer Strategy
In most single-deck casinos in Nevada, where five or six players are filling the seats, the dealer will only deal out two rounds of cards and then shuffle up automatically, for these are the standard rules in many Nevada clubs.
But if a player is alone at a table, the dealer may have the option of deciding when to break a deck and reshuffle the cards. If a player is hostile or ungenerous, the dealer may break the deck at the most inappropriate moments, just when a player has raised his bet, for example. This will hurt an expert card counter badly, taking away all his favorable situations.
My advice is to keep the dealer happy, make him cooperatives, and if possible, put him on your side helping you to win. If you accomplish that, it is sure to benefit you financially.
And the easiest way to do this is not only to toke a dealer, but to do so in a manner that in effect makes him root r you to win a particular hand.
Even though dealers don't keep their individual tips, but them with a whole shift of blackjack dealers, that doesn't L an individual dealer's interest in those tokes. Dealers players to tip them, and they want players to be generous their tokes.
